We are looking for an experienced Quality Designer (QD) to join our KL FCM Embedded QV team. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality delivery and effective collaboration between the Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai teams. You will partner closely with the FCM Development team and EASH QV leadership to drive quality strategy, execute sprint testing tasks, identify risks early in the development cycle, and serve as the voice of quality within the embedded team. In addition to hands-on testing responsibilities, you will play a leadership role in mentoring KL Embedded QV testers and strengthening cross-site communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years of black box testing experience
- 1+ year of team leadership or mentoring experience
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, and engineering practices
- Proven experience partnering with development teams throughout the development cycle
- Excellent debugging and defect analysis skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide structured reports, insights, and presentations
- Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) is required to bridge communication between Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur teams
