Electronic Arts is seeking a Research Operations Specialist to join its globally distributed team. This role involves managing the end-to-end operations for Player Experience Research sessions, coordinating logistics, and partnering with research and development teams to shape future gaming experiences. The specialist will also assist with evolving project management processes and tracking budgets.
Requirements
- Comfortable working with customers, answering questions and providing instructions
- Proficient in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Some experience with project management software (Asana, JaaS, etc.)
- 1-3 years of project management, coordination or development management experience
- A passion to put the player first, contributing to exceptional gaming experiences
- Knowledge of games and the people who play is valuable
- Able to work across time zones and in remote environments
- Comfortable leading meetings and retrospectives with multiple team members and partners
- Collaborative and team-oriented
