- Collaborate with product and design teams to create research plans and proactively identify research opportunities.
- Lead all phases of user research, including recruiting, scheduling, developing test plans, surveys, conducting research, and analysis.
- Communicate research findings and insights clearly to team members and partner teams.
- Promote a culture of research within the wider team and organization.
- Tackle a mix of clearly-defined and ambiguous problems, including those impacting critical product decisions.
- Advanced degree in experimental psychology (experimental, social, cognitive), human computer interaction, human factors, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 4+ years industry experience in research design and conducting user research studies.
- Fluent in multiple evaluative and generative research methodologies with expertise in their application.
- Prior work examples of research projects demonstrating impact and ability to influence product team leadership.
- Interest in gaming or the gaming industry is a plus.
