This role involves enhancing player experience for EA SPORTS NHL, UFC, and F1 games. The Player Experience Researcher will collaborate with game teams to shape product strategy and player experience, reporting to the Senior Manager of Player Experience Product for Sports.
Requirements
- Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, HCI), or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience leading research projects from planning to delivery.
- 3+ years of industry experience conducting user research across platforms.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across time zones and remotely.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods.
