- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and grow a distributed, diverse research organization.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and influence skills—able to engage executives and product leaders with insight-driven narratives.
- Expertise in mixed-methods research, with strong fluency in qualitative, quantitative, and telemetry-based approaches.
