As a Visual Experience Designer, you will lead cross-channel campaign creative from brief through launch, translating marketing goals and player insights into cohesive, production-ready experiences. You will drive visual direction across web, email, and in-game surfaces, ensuring alignment with franchise identity and driving engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of visual design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital campaign ownership
- Experience leading email campaign design and execution
- Experience contributing to design systems and Figma libraries
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Expertise in mobile-first, conversion-focused email design
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience optimizing for cross-client rendering and deliverability
- Expertise in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience preparing assets for localization and QA workflows
- Collaboration across marketing, UX, and product teams
- Experience managing multiple campaigns with clear prioritization
