- Design high-quality product solutions that address fan friction across the CX journey, from concept through production.
- Create concept designs and visual explorations to align on direction early.
- Conduct lightweight secondary research, such as comparative reviews or teardowns, to inform visual decisions.
- Translate design direction and research inputs into high-fidelity visual designs.
- Define and apply motion behaviors that improve usability and feedback.
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to deliver production-ready designs.
- 3–6 years of experience in visual, product, or experience design for digital products and services.
- Strong visual design fundamentals, with a portfolio demonstrating UI explorations and production-quality execution.
- Experience applying and extending design systems, alongside creating coherent, high-quality designs in the absence of a formal system.
- 3+ years of experience working with Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Working knowledge of motion and interaction principles.
