This is a hybrid role. As a Forecasting & Capacity Analyst - BetMGM you will ensure capacity planning across appropriate channels and skills, plan all proper training classes, and balance overall operations.
Reporting to the Senior Capacity Planning Supervisor - BetMGM you will be part of the Support Services Team, who resolves issues to meet our goals. Additionally, you will work through project work to assist with the WFM team goals.

• +1 year forecasting and capacity planning experience required • Ability to present information, findings, and training to various groups including senior management • Knowledge of workforce management software (NICE preferred / Verint WFM) • Knowledge of BI tools such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Teradata • Build accurate long and short-term forecasts in a multi-location omni channel environment • Ensure capacity planning across appropriate channels and skills • Plan all proper training classes and balance overall operations • Partner with Scheduling team for schedule adjustments • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
