This is a hybrid role. As a Senior Associate - Group Strategy, you will play a critical role in delivering Entain's strategic agenda by leading key workstreams across high-impact projects. You'll help solve complex business problems, develop actionable insights, and shape strategic recommendations that influence the future direction of the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Group Strategy, you will be part of the Group Strategy team, who partner with senior leaders across the business to evaluate growth opportunities, support strategic decision-making, and drive key corporate initiatives. The team works across areas including corporate strategy, M&A, market expansion, partnerships, and long-term value creation, combining rigorous analysis with clear recommendations to deliver tangible business impact.

You Will:
You Have:
Demonstrable experience (2-3yrs) in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical field
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems
Proven experience conducting and synthesising complex analysis into actionable insights
Experience developing business cases, market assessments, and strategic evaluations (e.g. M&A, partnerships, growth initiatives)
Strong communication skills, with experience producing compelling, executive-level materials
Ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred but not mandatory
