Freelance contract role

The Marketing Project Manager is the operational engine of our marketing department. Your focus is on the management, control, and delivery of marketing workstreams for the Esports World Cup and Esports Nations Cup.
In this role, you aren’t just looking at the creative side; you are responsible for the "how" and "when." You will bridge the gap between marketing strategy, creatives and physical execution, ensuring that every initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and to our high quality standards. You will serve as the central source of truth for the marketing team’s schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

5+ years of project management experience in large-scale events, marketing operations, or studio productions. Proven experience managing and tracking multi-million dollar project budgets. Operational mindset with strong organizational skills. Expert knowledge of project management platforms like Monday.com and JIRA. Proficiency in Excel for budget tracking. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, live event environment. Willingness to travel for event delivery in KSA.
