ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Supervising Broadcast Producer is a decisive operational leader responsible for setting, driving and safeguarding the creative standard of our live broadcasts and studio productions. Reporting directly to the Head of Broadcast Creative Services, this position directly manages our team of Broadcast Producers while serving as the primary operational link between the Producing, Broadcast CG, and Design departments.
The core focus of this role is to elevate the creative quality and consistency of every production by standardising operating procedures, mentoring producers, and streamlining cross-departmental workflows. Alongside team management and operational oversight, you will also lead from the front by personally producing some of our largest flagship broadcasts and tier one live events. Acting as an in-studio creative lead, this position ensures seamless communication across teams, strict adherence to deadlines, and top tier visual narrative execution across all studio and live event broadcasts.

Minimum 4+ years in live broadcast production/event directing with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Proven track record managing producers and leading live control room environments under high pressure. Detailed understanding of broadcast workflows, graphics integration (e.g., Ross XPression, Unreal Engine), and live narrative storytelling. Demonstrated ability to enforce structured workflows and align cross-functional creative teams. Strong leadership, mentorship, and English communication skills. Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, Asana) and Google Workspace. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for live events.
