Who We Are Looking For

Current or former customer service rep, call center agent, or support specialist
Strong communicator comfortable on camera
Professional, reliable, and consistent
Available for full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
No casino experience needed

Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
Must complete pre-employment background check
Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
1 to 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Physical Requirements

Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
Ability to communicate verbally to players
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
