Deal live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
Speak to online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts with accuracy
Keep the game moving smoothly and professionally every shift
Bring a confident, positive presence to every shift
Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

We Offer

$17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed

No casino or dealer experience required. We will train you.

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Comfortable being on camera
Reliable and professional

Physical Requirements

Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
Able to work assigned full-time shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
