Shift Options

Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
Full-time: 40 hours (5 days) or 32 hours (4 days) on a consistent weekly basis

Who We're Looking For

Current or former receptionist, front desk coordinator, or administrative professional
Polished communicator with a warm, professional on-camera presence
Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent full-time schedule
No casino or gaming experience required at all
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
Must complete a pre-employment background check
Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Physical Requirements

Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
Ability to communicate verbally to players
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
