We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team!
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities. You would be trusted with leading the recruitments in Colombia, however considering our growth plans in LatAm market, there's potential for your involvement in other regions in the future.
Responsibilities:
Manage full life cycle of the recruitment process for entry-level roles as well as desk-based positions
Identify and engage with the best talent on the market
Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs
Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires;
Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes;
Take part in active sourcing
Set up and maintain recruitment systems
At least 4 years of proven hands-on experience in recruitment
Previous experience in high-volume recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders
Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels in Colombia
Passion for talent attraction and recruitment
Achievement-oriented attitude
Willingness to progress and develop a career within the company
C1 English Level (required)

At least 4 years of proven hands-on experience in recruitment, previous experience in high-volume recruiting, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders, awareness of labor market trends and recruitment channels in Colombia, passion for talent attraction and recruitment, achievement-oriented attitude, willingness to progress and develop a career, and C1 English Level.
