The Unreal Engine / C++ Engineers will develop 3D games and Virtual Production environments for our live games. Working directly with PO, artists and designers the main goal is to create fun gameplay that feels awesome, while collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team to build amazing new technology and tools.

Develop, maintain, and optimize gameplay mechanics and core systems using Unreal Engine 5 and C++. Take ownership of features' network, memory, GPU, and CPU performance. Identify, debug, and resolve issues within Unreal Engine and project-specific systems. Work with Unreal Engine rendering and compositing solutions, including Composure. Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and fellow developers. Ensure code quality through maintainable, scalable, and well-structured solutions. Strong proficiency in C++ and hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5. Experience using Unreal profiling and performance analysis tools. Familiarity with communication protocols such as HTTP and WebSockets. Understanding of build processes, compiler toolchains, and content pipelines. Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. Strong optimization, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
