Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will contribute to the smooth running of the accounting activity of the parent company and its subsidiaries.
You will benefit from close support allowing you to gradually develop your expertise in an international and multi-company environment.
In this role, your main missions will include:
Accounts Payable
Check and record supplier invoices;
Verify the compliance of accounting documents (purchase orders, amounts, dates, VAT rates, etc.);
Ensure the correct accounting allocation of expenses and control flows in the ERP;
Manage the receipt and processing of invoices through various collection channels.
Expense Reports Management
Check the justifications submitted in the dedicated tool;
Record expenses and ensure follow-up on reimbursements.
Payment Follow-up
Prepare and execute supplier payment campaigns;
Ensure compliance with payment deadlines;
Ensure follow-up on expense report reimbursements.
Supplier Relationship Management
Monitor supplier accounts and analyze balances;
Identify anomalies, discrepancies, or duplicates;
Participate in resolving disputes and handling reminders in connection with operational teams.
Accounting Closures
Participate in monthly and annual closing activities;
Contribute to accounting analyses and cut-off entries (accruals, deferrals);
Participate in certain tax declarations related to purchases.
You have at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar position and hold a minimum of a Bac+2 level diploma in accounting, management, business administration, or business services.
You have a good command of office tools, especially Excel, as well as experience with accounting software or ERPs. Knowledge of SAP ByDesign is a real asset.
Proficiency in professional English would be appreciated.
