Job Summary
Join Fool's Theory as a Level Artist to craft stunning game environments for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt expansion, collaborating with CD PROJEKT RED. This role offers the chance to apply your artistic vision and technical skills in a flexible, remote-friendly setting with a team of gamedev veterans.

This role involves participating in the creation of immersive game maps and levels, focusing on environmental art, terrain sculpting, and asset population for an expansion of The Witcher 3. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing locations, optimizing performance, and collaborating with various design teams to achieve high-quality game environments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience as a Level Artist.
- Portfolio showing the range and variety of your work.
- Experience in modern game engines on an Intermediate/Senior level.
- Experience in the full development process of a published AAA title.
- Open-world game development experience (AAA preferred).
- Knowledge in PBR.
- Knowledge in asset optimization within and outside of game engines.
- Good knowledge of terrain sculpting software - World Creator.
- Basic modelling skills in a preferred 3D package of your choice: Blender (preferred), 3DS MAX, Maya, Zbrush.
- Strong sense of scale, proportions and composition.
- Artistic sensitivity and sense of aesthetics.
- Fluent in English.
