Requirements
- Gamedev experience at least 3 years
- High level of expertise in environment, characters, UI, or art
- Excellent communication skills
- Skills in managing a team of artists
- Experience in working with outsourcers
- Professional Photoshop skills
- Russian language - at least upper intermediate
