All the fun of a creative gaming environment, with a challengingly high level of technology to play with. ### IT Tooling & Process Associate / Atlassian Specialist \* ## IT Tooling & Process Associate / Atlassian Specialist \* As an IT Tooling & Process Associate you will actively help to shape an exciting area of our company and bridge the gap between organizational strategy and technical infrastructure by **developing, improving, and maintaining our internal tools and processes**. Together with the respective stakeholders from both business and IT you will be responsible for our collaboration stack and ensure our digital processes are compliant and efficient. Since 2003, more than 130 million players have played with us, and we offer a broad portfolio of over 40 casual online skill games. ### Your tasks - Collaborate on **maintaining and extending existing processes** as well as **implementing new processes** - **Translate business requirements** into a technical plan/road map, implement it, and contribute to the **change management** - Administer our **Atlassian products** (mainly Confluence and Jira) including bug fixes in complex workflows and clean-up (of unnecessary fields, workflows, and spaces) - Maintain no- or low-code **automations** in our tools stack - Support the **Knowledge Base cleanup strategy** by archiving outdated pages and ensuring the Company Information Hub remains structured (Confluence, Google Workspaces, etc.) - Assist in the **rollout of our AI Strategy** and manage logistics (by updating resources in our knowledge pool, maintaining our usage policy framework and AI playgrounds, and scouting new tools and services) ### What we expect - **A successfully completed university degree** in business informatics, digital business management, business administration and engineering, applied computer science, or similar - **2+ years of professional working experience as an IT Process Associate and Tooling Specialist** - **Expert knowledge in Atlassian products** (mainly Confluence and Jira), including an excellent understanding of both configuring and structuring spaces, workflows, screens, permissions, etc. - **High proficiency with tools** such as Google Workspace, Slack, MS365, Chatbot systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) - **Technical experience** including common technical concepts (Query languages, API tokens, permissions, etc.), coding logics (e.g., if-then-else), and technical documentation - **Advanced structured thinking** and focus on **automation**(extend capabilities by leveraging tools) - **Fluent English** is mandatory **Ideally, you should also bring along** - **Diplomatic assertiveness** (to deal with busy stakeholders) - Practical knowledge about **translating vague or ambiguous requests** into actionable tickets - The ability to **explain complex processes** in a clear and engaging way - Knowledge of **German language** is very welcome ### What we offer - **Flexible working** hours, **hybrid** work model possible - Interesting and **challenging tasks** in an exciting, **team-oriented** company with a **flat hierarchy** and **international** flair - Working with **passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced** people where your opinion is highly valued - **Optimal professional development** thanks to regular feedback meetings, psychological safety with an open culture of error, and access to Duolingo (online courses for 30 different languages) - Meet-ups, **networking events**, family & friends BBQs, culture dinners, summer/winter party, Halloween party, gaming sessions, sports activities, yoga classes, etc. just to name a few – we host all of them with our **own event team** - One of the **best working spaces in Berlin**: our well-situated office in Mitte! In this role, you will help shape how players interact with our mobile games by turning gameplay mechanics into clear and enjoyable user experiences. Work closely with Game Designers, Artists, Developers, and Product teams to support the creation of features that are easy to understand and satisfying to use. You will explore solutions to UX challenges, iterate on ideas with feedback and data, and help ensure our games remain intuitive and engaging for players.
