- Currently pursuing a degree in a related field such as Game Design/Development, Information Technology, Multimedia, Art, Computer Applications, or Product Design - Strong interest in gameplay design, game features, and game balancing - Good knowledge of video games, game genres, player types, and what makes games enjoyable - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Fast learner, adaptable, and a strong team player who works well under pressure - Familiarity with Gameloft games - Passionate about video games and industry trends - Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities - Adaptable and open to feedback - Strong storytelling and communication skills - Organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused - Able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure - Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and commitment - Willing to learn, share knowledge, and support team growth
