WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Primary focus
This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth and productive working environment by delivering Hardware and IT support services to Gameloft Hanoi employees. From managing hardware assets and supporting end users with technical issues to setting up workstations and improving support processes, you will help ensure the studio’s daily operations run efficiently and effectively.

- Maintain hardware assets, track borrowed devices, and ensure compliance with company regulations. - Test and update cellphone units, drivers, and tools. - Optimize hardware processes (Hardware Lockbox, DMT Report, SIM Cost). - Respond to support requests via email, hotlines, and the Helpdesk system. - Set up, maintain, and upgrade PCs (hardware/software/connectivity) for employees. - Analyze and implement solutions for IT issues including LAN, Wireless, printers, and other IT devices. - Escalate serious incidents to management. - Support company events and administrative tasks. - Possess a customer/service-oriented mentality, initiative, and willingness to learn. - Work in a friendly, articulate, and responsive way with users. - Be innovative, cooperative, responsible, disciplined, timely, and accurate. - Well-organized and detail-oriented. - Basic knowledge of PC and IT devices’ hardware/software/connectivity (Windows/Linux). - Good skills in analyzing, diagnosing, and fixing problems. - Fair English skills (spoken and written).
