The Role**
This is a hands-on commercial finance position sitting at the intersection of financial planning and business performance. You will build and maintain our financial model, coordinate budgets and forecasts, and work closely with business leaders to understand what drives revenue, costs and profitability across our divisions.
The common thread is the ability to turn financial and operational data into clear, practical decisions. You will look beyond the numbers to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and help teams improve productivity, allocate resources and grow margins across our digital media business.
What we are looking for:
What you bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial modeling, including ownership of budgets and forecasts. - Experience building financial models from the ground up. - Strong management reporting and profitability analysis skills, including business division P&Ls, cost allocations and explaining variances against budget. - A commercial mindset, with experience translating financial and operational data into recommendations on productivity, spending and growth. - Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with international teams. - An independent, hands-on approach, comfortable bringing structure to incomplete data and managing competing priorities.
