- 3+ years of experience in leading mobile user acquisition for successful mobile titles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
- Proven experience working with major mobile user acquisition platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Kakao, Naver, UAC, Apple Search, and other ad networks).
- Familiar with multiple ad networks and platforms (Instagram, Meta Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Kakao, Naver, etc.)
- Experience executing high-velocity ad campaigns and creative testing (~20-50 new creatives per month) with defined KPIs and exit metrics.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations, even with imperfect data.
- Self-starter with a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Experience contributing to budget strategies across diverse geographies and managing UA campaigns within the broader marketing mix.
- In-depth knowledge of MMP tracking tools and media dashboard setup.
- Proficient in Excel and other office tools.
