Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in AAA multiplatform game development
- Experience as a technical lead or director on multiple titles
- Proven ability to build and manage multidisciplinary technical teams globally
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a partnership-focused approach
- Bonus: Experience with Unreal Engine
- Bonus: Ability to interpret and manage basic financial data including budgets and P&L
