- 2–4+ years of professional game design experience, ideally including AAA or live-service games.
- Demonstrable experience designing, implementing, and managing game economy and progression systems in shipped games.
- Proven skill in economic modeling and analytics, consistently aligning your projections with live outcomes.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently, solving complex design challenges.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Unity and scripting is a strong asset.
