As a Lead Game Designer at 2K Sports Lab, you will be responsible for producing feature designs for our core gameplay and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality player experiences. You will mentor junior designers and lead the vision for your game area, driving the implementation of your gameplay vision through collaboration and prototyping.
Requirements
- Passion for Sports and Sports Video Games
- Experience designing and owning large features for AAA games
- Experience as a lead systems designer (5+ years)
- Experience in mentoring other designers
- Appetite for taking on ‘Game Area Owner’ responsibilities
- Passion for creating player-driven narratives and systemic design
- Positive, proactive attitude
