As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will develop and optimize core engine technologies for game development. Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, you will solve technical issues, mentor team members, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years of related experience in a Systems role
- Shipped at least two AAA titles
- Experience leading teams to architect and develop core engine systems
- Expertise in C++ programming and coding architectural design principles
- Experienced in Memory, Load Time, GPU and CPU optimization
- Experience with Unreal Engine 5 development
- Strong ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams
