The Senior Manager of Observability will lead teams supporting production and development environments for game platforms. This role requires robust leadership and technical skills to implement scalable architecture patterns and ensure application performance and reliability.

Requirements

- 5+ years experience in SRE, DevOps, or system engineering fields - 3+ years coaching and mentoring senior technical talent - 5+ years strong experience using Observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, etc. - 5+ years experience working with CICD tools like GHA, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc. - Proven leadership skills with a focus on adapting to organizational changes - Deep knowledge of modern infrastructure management tools and processes - Experience architecting and maintaining large scale distributed infrastructure - Fluent with at least one modern programming language
