- Experience working with a game engine (e.g. Unreal, Unity, or AAA proprietary game engines)
- Good understanding of how 3D art assets are created in a professional environment
- Good understanding of art principles and their application in video games
- Experience with driving positive collaborative processes in a team environment
- Understanding of how tools and pipelines affect development performance
- Experience with optimizing assets (e.g. LOD, fps performance, memory footprint)
- Experience developing shaders with HLSL or GLSL
- Experience developing tools with Python, C++ or C# is a plus
