Join the NBA 2K Global Community & Creators team as a Specialist, where you'll engage with players and creators to enhance community interactions. This role involves managing community platforms, supporting creator opportunities, and facilitating player feedback to improve the gaming experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Community or Creator Relations, content production, or player support, ideally in gaming. Internships count!
- Strong understanding of NBA 2K or comparable live/sports game franchises.
- Knowledge of community and content platforms (Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Steam, etc).
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and project management tools.
- Fundamental knowledge in Adobe creative apps is a plus.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills.
- Passionate about fostering positive player experiences through engaged communities.
- Enthusiastic about building creator-driven opportunities and producing scalable content.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow!
