What You’ll Be Doing
- Create engaging video content and static visuals for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Work with After Effects and relevant AI tools to produce high-quality animations
- Collaborate with the growth team to align on analytics and key performance metrics
- Bring a fresh perspective and artistic approach to video production, beyond pure technical execution
- Collaborate in brainstorming and offer out-of-the-box ideas to enhance our advertising content
Desired skills and experiences
- 2+ years of experience
- Marketing mindset with a good sense of storytelling and visual communication
- Experience in After Effects
- Portfolio demonstrating video/motion work with a creative edge
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Interest in visual trends, pop culture, and new media formats
- Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general
- Nice to have: Familiarity with AI tools, especially for image and video generation

This is an on-site role in Istanbul, Sarıyer. Unfortunately, we do not offer a fully-remote working option.
Requirements
- Experience in After Effects and motion design tools
- A creative mindset with a good sense of storytelling and visual communication
- Portfolio demonstrating video/motion work with a creative edge
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Interest in visual trends, pop culture, and new media formats
- Familiarity with 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D is a plus
