What you'll be doing

• Execute hybrid-casual game ideation, prototype, and production process
• Collaborate with the team to build high-performing hybrid-casual games
• Use play test and performance data to iterate quickly and decide which prototype games move to production

Desired skills and experiences

• Fresh graduates from reputable universities
• Excellent communication skills
• Being data-driven and results-oriented
• Strong enthusiasm for gaming and a genuine commitment to deliver outstanding player experiences
• Passion for Match Villains
• Experience with hybrid-casual games is preferred

This is an on-site role in Istanbul, Sarıyer. We do not offer a fully-remote working option.
