What you'll be doing

• Execute mini game ideation, prototype, and playable production process for marketing ads mini games
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to build high-performing hyper-casual playables
• Use play test and performance data to iterate quickly and decide which playables move to production

Desired skills and experiences

• Fresh graduates from reputable universities
• Excellent communication skills
• Being data-driven and results-oriented
• Strong enthusiasm for gaming and a genuine commitment to deliver outstanding player experiences
• Passion for Match Villains 
• Experience with hypercasual games is preferred

This is an on-site role in Istanbul, Sarıyer. We do not offer a fully-remote working option.
