Strategic Project Manager Intern

Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. The opportunity

You'll join the Chief of Staff and work directly with Homa's executive team on the projects that matter most to the company right now. There's no shadow work: you'll own missions from the first question to the final result.

You will develop a 360° understanding of Homa while building your analytical, project management, and communication skills. Based on your strengths, interests, and business needs, you will contribute to one or several core teams, taking on increasing responsibility with guidance from experienced colleagues.

What you'll do

• Structure. Take messy business questions from stakeholders, break them down, and turn them into clear next steps.
• Analyze. Run market research, competitive benchmarks, and quantitative analyses that feed decisions.
• Automate. Work with our AI experts to design and deploy AI-powered workflows across the company.
• Simplify. Map processes, cut what doesn't add value, and put practical fixes in place.
• Deliver. Drive projects to completion by coordinating people, tracking progress, and measuring impact.
• Recommend. Turn your work into short, sharp recommendations that leaders can act on.

For this role, you'll also bring:

• Strong analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets. SQL is a plus.
• The ability to switch between different topics in the same week.
• A prior internship in consulting, a startup, tech, or gaming is a plus.
• Current studies in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or related fields.

Practical details

• A 6-month internship, with a flexible start date. We adapt to any month.
• A convention de stage (internship agreement) is required.
• Apprenticeships (alternance) are also welcome.
• Paris based. You'll need to be able to work onsite at our Paris office.
• Fluent English is required. French is a plus, not a requirement.
• Top performers may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship.
