Eligibility to work full time in U.S.
- Responsible for office decoration- Responsible for general office management (building coordination, cleaning staff, inventory, conference room bookings, refreshments, mail, greeting guests, expenses, maintenance/repairs)- Provide administrative support to US staff- Recommend and implement cost-effective solutions- Collaborate with global colleagues- Maintain relationships with various vendors- Handle ad hoc projects- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements- Bachelor Degree qualified- Minimum of 5 years or above experience in office management and administration, preferably office start-up experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluent in oral Mandarin- Upbeat, positive attitude with an attention to detail- Proactive and confident with outstanding problem-solving skills- Strong integrity with ability to handle highly confidential situations with professionalism- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)- Eligibility to work full time in U.S.
