Location: Malta
Note: This is a hybrid-based role in Malta, requiring 3 days in the office. We welcome applicants that are already based in Malta. Single Permit/TCN sponsorship will be considered.
What your day-to-day will look like:
As our Group Finance Manager at Reforged Studios, you'll be at the centre of finance for our growing international group. Working closely with our senior leadership team and collaborating across the business, you'll own group reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow while transforming financial data into commercial insight. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, improve finance processes and systems, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will also be:
What we'd love to see from you:
Experience in a broad finance role within a fast-paced or growing business.
Experience preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of Xero (or a similar cloud-based accounting system) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Confidence building relationships across the business and working with external finance partners.
Comfortable using AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and streamline finance processes.
Part-qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA (or AAT qualified with significant relevant experience), or equivalent practical finance experience.
