Evaluates, installs, qualifies, sustains, and improves electronic or electromechanical systems in a manufacturing environment. Integrates the entire manufacturing process with reliable, economically competitive, and environmentally responsible systems. Acts as a connector for manufacturing with virtual factory groups, deploying necessary capabilities and maintaining systems and configurations across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with technical major in Industrial Engineering / Management / Automation / Data science/analysis is preferred.
- 2-3 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Fresh graduates from relevant fields as stated above are welcomed to apply.
- Knowledge of schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation.
- Strong in both verbal and written communication skills in English & stakeholder's management skills.
- Good in influencing and being passionate in working with people and resolving issues through constructive confrontation.
- Knowledgeable in structural problem-solving methods, data driven mindset.
