This role involves performing product manufacturing and assembly tasks, operating production equipment, and ensuring products meet industry standards. Responsibilities include maintaining production efficiency, supporting equipment installation, and conducting quality control evaluations. The position requires regular onsite presence.

Requirements

- Performs assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks in the production process, ensuring that the finished products match the industry standards and customer specifications. - Operates equipment either from a remote operations center or internal to factory. - Maintains overall production efficiency of assigned tools/ modules, and optimizes production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed. - Sets up and operates production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. - Supports activities related to the installation, qualification, maintenance, and training of new or reused production equipment. - Works with Manufacturing Operations Manager and peers to produce product that meets output requirements. - Supports incorporating process improvements, and troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line. - Ensures availability of required raw materials for production. - Inspects raw materials and final products, performing quality control evaluations to confirm items meet established standards. - Conducts quality checks on the functionality of parts and components. - Drives quality and cost improvements through area in conjunction with engineering. - Maintains production logs and other required documentation as indicated by Standard Operating Procedures. - Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. - Monitor production processes and perform routine inspections to ensure product quality. - Assist in material handling, including loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. - Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives. - Minimum SPM or equivalent. - Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. - Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production machinery. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required.
