Requirements
- Minimum education of bachelor's or master's degree.
- 10+ years' experience in either Semiconductors or IT industry.
- Fluent in Japanese and English language.
- Experience in managing government programs in Japan.
- Capability to generate and track strawman projects.
- Strong business acumen to negotiate and manage key internal/external stakeholders.
- Possess strong presentation skills.
- General PC & Office 365 skillset required.
