- BS degree with 15+ years of relevant industry experience. - Proven ability to lead a team of custom designers for AI GPU products. - Experience working with SoC Architecture and platform architecture teams to define silicon requirements. - Strong background in micro-architectural specification, RTL logic design, and DV support. - Hands-on experience with FPGA emulation, silicon bring-up, characterization, and debug. - Expertise in modern design techniques, energy-efficient/low power logic design, and power analysis. - Familiarity with bus fabrics (APB/AHB/AXI), power management (UPF, power state tables), and key SoC design elements. - Knowledge of lint, CDC, RDC tools, timing constraints, and connectivity tools. - Demonstrated track record of multiple tape-outs reaching production with first-pass silicon. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with multi-functional and external teams across geographical boundaries.
