About this job
This role involves leading the development and execution of new product/process introductions and transfers across factories within Intel's Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing (APTM NPI) organization. The Integrator will ensure technology, platforms, and products meet certification requirements before High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) transfer, acting as the primary interface and driving NPI builds from launch to HVM readiness.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, Materials Science, Electrical engineering or a related field of study.
- 7+ years of experience working with engineering fundamentals.
- Previous experience with factory NPIs or procedures (preferred).
- Experience in integrating packaging processes with overall product manufacturing workflows (preferred).
- Experience in designing packaging solutions that meet product specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer needs (preferred).
