Untitled Position

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with 4+ years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years of relevant experience - CPA or equivalent certification - 3+ years of public accounting and/or valuation experience - Solid understanding of US GAAP accounting rules - Proven track record of problem-solving in high-pressure, ambiguous, cross-functional environments - Strong communication and influence skills with management - Excellent project and stakeholder management skills - Knowledge of US GAAP/SEC reporting and accounting requirements, particularly ASC 805 and ASC 810 - Ability to work independently and manage through ambiguity - Prior experience working on large multi-national transactions or strategic projects is beneficial - Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP and transaction flows, is a plus - Ability to network across finance and other organizations (Corporate Development, Global Supply Chain, IT, Global Tax, Legal)
