Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, the Product Manager will work directly with our game teams to help and create the most engaging and rewarding product and live service experience for our players. They advocate for players in game development and live operations strategy and decisions to optimize game performance.
This role is a full-time, on-site position based 5 days a week at our Downtown Vancouver studio.

Act as the "go-to" resource for other teams for your products and features.
Collaborate with various teams and departments to achieve shared objectives.
Post-Secondary degree in related field.
3+ years of relevant product experience in F2P mobile gaming.
Deep knowledge and expertise around driving monetization and player engagement via live operations events, sales and content.
A firm understanding of game economies, design principles and player psychology.
Analytical skills and ability to translate datasets into actionable insights - proficiency with spreadsheets.
Communicates in a clear, concise, and professional manner with staff at all levels; achieves team consent and buy-in; adapts communication style to the audience; explains difficult situations clearly.
Collaborates effectively with others in the same discipline, across feature groups, and cross-discipline regularly.
Builds trusted relationships with team members across disciplines and the company, inspires and encourages teamwork.
