The key function of the QA Lead is to manage and provide direction to the corresponding QA team by setting testing standards and determining task priorities. They take responsibility for successful testing and report defects to relevant stakeholders. They play a leadership role within the team by training and managing their direct reports.
This role is a full-time, on-site position based 5 days a week at our Downtown Vancouver studio.

High school diploma.
Extensive experience in testing Triple A games throughout the entire dev cycle.
7+ years of Triple A Game testing experience; preferably 5+ years of experience testing Live Services games.
Experience in leading and managing internal and external QA teams.
Strong tech capabilities and experience with JIRA, Confluence and Test Script Managing, and other QA-related software and testing tools.
Strong aptitude to learn new tools, tech and processes.
Familiarity with variety of device types/testing platforms and build processes.
