We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the accounting close across multiple LATAM entities, supporting financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial information.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in multinational or regional organizations. - Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience preparing or reviewing financial statements and reconciliations. - Experience working with multiple LATAM countries; exposure to Argentina, Colombia, and Peru is highly desirable. - Solid understanding of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and month-end close processes. - Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate business impacts effectively. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance and business teams. - Advanced English proficiency.
