Lead dynamic PR and communications strategies across Kepler Interactive's diverse game portfolio, from early access to live service titles. This role demands creative thinking, strong relationships, and a passion for crafting impactful messaging that resonates with global gaming audiences.
We're looking for a PR + Communications Manager to lead communications and creator relationships across Kepler Interactive's portfolio, from early access and live service titles through to back catalogue.
This role carries broad ownership, you'll move comfortably between creative thinking, commercial decision-making and data, working across multiple simultaneous projects. This is a hands-on role, and you'll partner closely with Creative, Social, Marketing and Production teams, as well as external PR and Influencer agencies, studios and creator partners, to find the stories worth telling and get them in front of the right audiences: press, creators, players and beyond.
This is a role for someone who understands the fundamentals of great PR in video games but doesn’t feel constrained by them. You’ll need strong judgement, excellent communication skills and the confidence to bring ideas to the table, challenge convention and adapt your approach to the project, studio and audience in front of you.
You’ll have proven experience in, and be confident, in owning and executing impactful PR campaigns for ongoing messaging, updates, and community engagement for games that receive continuous, long-term content updates
This is a hybrid role based in London, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Own and execute impactful, integrated communications campaigns that reflect each game's identity, audience and Kepler's broader vision, across a number of projects, early access launches, live service titles and various games within our back catalogue.
Build and manage external PR and influencer agency partnerships across key markets, from announcement through post-launch
Create integrated campaigns in partnership with Marketing, Social and Production teams
Work closely with our development partners, building trusted relationships with studios around the world and providing thoughtful PR counsel, expertise and recommendations.
Balance competing priorities across multiple games and projects at once, adapting quickly as priorities shift
Contribute strategic direction and ideation aligned with company goals, and communicate performance and ROI to stakeholders
Copywriting for press releases, news posts, store pages and campaign messaging.
Oversee industry moments including awards submissions, events and announcements
Monitor coverage, sentiment and campaign data to refine strategy
Cultivate relationships with international development partners and studios globally
You’ll have experience working in PR and/or communications or games marketing, either in-house or agency-side, and a strong understanding of how games reach press, creators, players and wider audiences.

Is a strong writer and communicator, able to adapt tone and messaging for different games, studios and audiences.
Has excellent judgement around tone, audience and brand, including a genuine grasp of what make Kepler Interactive’s own identity and vision distinctive both separately and together with the games we publish.
Can manage multiple projects, campaigns and priorities without losing sight of the detail.
Builds strong relationships and is comfortable working with everyone from development teams and specialist agencies to senior internal stakeholders.
Seeks influences from everywhere and anywhere, not just relying on those commonly seen within video games.
Is comfortable giving a point of view, receiving challenge and evolving an idea through feedback.
Creative, curious and comfortable generating ideas as well as executing them.

Proven experience in PR, communications, or games marketing (in-house or agency-side). Ability to own and execute impactful, integrated communications campaigns for early access, live service, and back catalogue titles. Experience building and managing external PR and influencer agency partnerships. Strong relationship-building skills with development partners and internal teams. Excellent copywriting skills for press releases, news posts, and campaign messaging. Strategic thinking, ideation, and ability to communicate performance and ROI to stakeholders. Thorough understanding of the press and creator landscape in video games. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong judgement regarding tone, audience, and brand identity.
