Role overview
The Account Manager is responsible for the delivery of work to their assigned clients. Operating as a strategic partner, they will maintain close working relationships with clients to ensure they are informed on and happy with the status of our services. As the main point of accountability for client satisfaction, they will manage the successful and profitable delivery of all capabilities. This will require the line management of CM Leads and Community teams assigned to their project, as well as close collaboration with Strategists, Project Managers for Creative Production needs, and the Influencer team.
Responsibilities
a. Research and implement AI-enabled solutions, including Google workspace workflows and third-party tools, in partnership with pillar leadership.
b. Ensure teams are up to date will all training and usage policies, and adopting mandated tools and workflows
c. Work with clients to understand their approach to AI, and be equipped to propose tech-enabled solutions as a strategic partner

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Account Management/Client Services role at a creative, marketing, or advertising agency, ideally within the video games or entertainment industry, on successful social/community accounts.- Availability to work in a European time zone.- Leadership skills and the ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver work.- Good understanding of how digital marketing comes together within an agency, and of how creative and strategy functions contribute to a campaign — ideally in the video games industry.- Ability to write clear, compelling briefs and translate client objectives into actionable work for creative and strategy teams.- Strong client-facing and negotiation skills, with the confidence to manage senior stakeholders and difficult conversations.- Ability to work effectively and decisively under pressure, handle multiple project types concurrently, and prioritise tasks.- Ability to prepare, interpret, and effectively utilise management information and status reports.- Ability to analyse problems, recommend, and implement effective solutions.- Confident competency using spreadsheet and project management software.
