We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist (Network & Security )to support the technology initiatives of the IT Infrastructure team at Keywords. They will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of Network services, prompt reaction on all network infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support and cooperation with other infrastructure teams for resolution.

Ensure timely handling of escalated incidents within SLAs, participate in problem management, maintain reliable and secure network operations, deliver network infrastructure projects on time, identify process improvements, create and maintain technical documentation, oversee network security, and design/deploy network infrastructure. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience, strong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, 3+ years in Network Administration, strong technical knowledge of network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls), WiFi setups, IPsec VPN, corporate networking, switching and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), LAN/WAN/SD-WAN design, infrastructure change management, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
