Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and creative Sr. Data Scientist to join the Product Development and Experimentation teams in Catalog Games! You will help shape the future of our games through deep data insights that unlock player behaviors and business opportunities. As part of a diverse and talented analytics community, you’ll support multiple teams in creating entertaining, data-driven experiences for millions of players.
Working closely with game designers, game leads, developers, and other data scientists, you will define experiments, drive actionable insights, help identify strategic opportunities, and continuously evolve how we understand and enhance our games.

Strong background in applied statistics, experimentation, and predictive modeling. Advanced proficiency in SQL and skilled in Python or R for statistical analysis. Deep understanding of A/B testing and experimental design. Experience with big data platforms (GCP/BigQuery, AWS) and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau). Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and strong business insight to frame product questions into structured analyses.
